Marine stock anchor’s flukes and anchor shank are cast into a whole part and has a crossbar pass through the central shank. When using marine stock anchor, one fluke embeds into the deep soil with great holding power. Due to the cross bar, the stock anchor will not turnover on seabed, but it is not convenient for recovery. Therefore, it is mainly used for small ships or engineering ships.
