Introduction:

With its parallel action vanes, a non-return damper is used to prevent air backflow.

It can also be used to automatically shut down or isolate part of a system to prevent the entry of unwanted vapors and pests.

The damper is opened by the air pressure difference on both sides and closed by gravity.
